1. What does "There are no space in C: drive" mean?

   DVDFab Blu-ray Copy needs at least 50 GB of Free Hard Disk Space.
   Before the content of the blu-ray movie is burned into the blank disk, DVDFab must finish certain decoding and encoding jobs which require some amount of free space on the hard drive to store data. 50 GB free hard disk space mentioned here is just for this issue. You can set the output directory and temporay directory to the other drive which has enough free place in "General" settings window.

2. What does "task_2 Error=116" mean and how to fix it?

   It is a burning failed or process aborted error. Please try the following steps to see if the problem can be fixed:
   1. Install the latest version of DVDFab at http://www.dvdfab.com/download.htm 
   2. Update to the latest firmware of DVD writer;
   3. Enable DMA for DVD writer;
   4. Slow down the burning speed;
   5. Try different brand media, well-known brands like Taiyo Yuden and Verbatim will be better; Please keep away of Memorex media, some of which are of poor quality;
   6. Try different format media like DVD+/-R/RW if your DVD writer supports;

4. Which mobile device does DVDFab File Transfer support?

   It supports iPod, PSP and ZUNE now, and it will support more devices in the future.

5. Can I compress blu-ray movies to BD25 disc?

   The current DVDFab "Blu-ray Copy" support to compress BD50 movies with "Main Movie" and "Full Disc" modes with lossless of quality.
   "Full Disc"－compress BD-50 to BD-25;
   "Main Movie"－compress BD-50 to BD-25/BD-9/BD-5.

6. How to convert movies for archos?

   Please use DVDFab DVD Ripper -PVP option, insert original DVD to your DVD drive, select the titles you want, set "Profile" as ARCHOS format at the bottom of main screen to convert.

7. How many kinds of payment methods are you offering?

   To purchase online DVD Fab software we have payment methods as: Visa/MasterCard/Eurocard, American Express, Dinners Club, JCB, Bank/Wire transfer,  Alipay, PayPal, Credit/Debit card (Payment information by Fax). 8. How to disable DVDFab File Transfer window poping up if I don't want to use it?

   Please open "Common Settings" window, click on "File Transfer", you can disable this option to stop File Transfer running after conversion,

9. Can I convert movies with audio only?

   You can use "Generic", "iPod/iPhone" or "Zune" options, click "Edit" and then open "Conversion Settings" window, please choose 'Audio only', and set the audio type and "Audio Channel" according to your needs.

10. What does "Task_2 Error=105" mean?

    Task_2 Error=105 means that files are too big to fit on a DVD+/-R(W). Please burn the materials to a dual layer disc.
    You can also open common settings window, click "Write" in the left navigation bar, and then adjust the writable media size for DVD5 or DVD9 to larger size to hold more materials.
